i genuinely don't get the whole seed oil thing. like what is a bad seed oil? is avocado oil a seed oil? sesame seed oil? there can't be a blanket generalization that any of these oils are bad

Palm oil bad is primarily for the environmental impacts of producing it, as far as I’m aware. Causes deforestation
