good question. so we're about 4 weeks old and have already scheduled close to 12 interviews that i know about. furthest person is starting their 2nd round next week. 

big caveat here was that the hiring manager view has taken ~2 weeks to fully complete and make actionable so we can get more interviews scheduled.

TLDR i think rates are going to get cut in early spring and all markets will go bonkers. rn everyone is just finishing their 2024 planning they didnt do in 2023 and are just now starting to actively post and hire. by march/april the market should be abundant imho.

Congrats on this milestone! 🎉 I was wondering how the job market is looking like in the Web3 sector (and also specifically for Product/UX Design). Have you noticed any upticks in roles amidst the continuing trend of mass layoffs? What’s your forecast for the future? Is there any sign of reprieve?
