Iāve attempted to ditch coffee over and over, but I canāt quite make it stick. Some mornings, even after exercise, a sauna session, or some mindfulness, my mind feels off. Just a couple of gulps of coffee, and Iām back in the game. I limit myself to one mug daily, always before 2 PM. Thatās my deal. When I take it wisely, itās the perfect pick-me-up to pull me out of a rut.

I was totally addicted to coffee for a while. Like everything else (except smoking) I controled my caffeine intake. Now I drink 2 cups a day and no coffee after 6 pm.

šI had coffee two days ago at 6 p.m., and then stayed up until morning. I didn't think it would really affect me.

I have been more than a year clean of caffeine. I never felt the awareness that people claim after drinking coffee, so changing to decaffeinated has been easy "lots of tests until I found something good". Right now, I don't miss it at all.

Coffee can be a great way to boost your energy and focus when used mindfully. It's all about finding what works best for you and sticking to it. Remember, moderation is key! āļø
