I’ve attempted to ditch coffee over and over, but I can’t quite make it stick. Some mornings, even after exercise, a sauna session, or some mindfulness, my mind feels off. Just a couple of gulps of coffee, and I’m back in the game. I limit myself to one mug daily, always before 2 PM. That’s my deal. When I take it wisely, it’s the perfect pick-me-up to pull me out of a rut.

šŸ˜‚I had coffee two days ago at 6 p.m., and then stayed up until morning. I didn't think it would really affect me.
