I’ve attempted to ditch coffee over and over, but I can’t quite make it stick. Some mornings, even after exercise, a sauna session, or some mindfulness, my mind feels off. Just a couple of gulps of coffee, and I’m back in the game. I limit myself to one mug daily, always before 2 PM. That’s my deal. When I take it wisely, it’s the perfect pick-me-up to pull me out of a rut.

i used to be a real coffee junkie could drink like 8-10 cups a day but since the end of jan i made a rule for myself now saturday’s the only day i allow myself a bit of coffee mostly it’s just one cup sometimes 2 or 3 or even 4 but not on any other days and it works just fine (and i feel better throughout the week too)

can say I’ve had a similar experience! I don’t have a “coffee day,” but I’ve drastically cut down on how much I drink daily, and it feels so much better!
