during the elite athlete q&a, @katekornish asked olympian marathon runner jess piasecki for her advice for those who don't enjoy running. here's what jess suggested ππΎ - try intervals: 3 minutes running, 2 minutes walking - think of it as movement -reframe the purpose beyond just exercise e.g for mental health

Running is one of those things that sucks when youβre new to it or have been out of the game. But when your body has adapted, you feel βoffβ if you miss your runs. I think the advice given here is a good way to start.

I did couch to 5k a million years ago and got up to running daily 10ks....then I got pregnant.... that was 6 years ago

I used to love running but my body doesn't like that anymore. I get pain in my heaps. Aging sucks π€£ I miss my climbing and super fit days!
