Running is one of those things that sucks when you’re new to it or have been out of the game. But when your body has adapted, you feel β€œoff” if you miss your runs. I think the advice given here is a good way to start.

I did couch to 5k a million years ago and got up to running daily 10ks....then I got pregnant.... that was 6 years ago

I used to love running but my body doesn't like that anymore. I get pain in my heaps. Aging sucks 🀣 I miss my climbing and super fit days!
