during the elite athlete q&a, @katekornish asked olympian marathon runner jess piasecki for her advice for those who don't enjoy running. here's what jess suggested 👇🏾 - try intervals: 3 minutes running, 2 minutes walking - think of it as movement -reframe the purpose beyond just exercise e.g for mental health

Running is one of those things that sucks when you’re new to it or have been out of the game. But when your body has adapted, you feel “off” if you miss your runs. I think the advice given here is a good way to start.

so true! thanks for sharing 🙌🏾 i dont run long distances at all due to my sport but i admire those who do it seems like a real flow state!
