Running is one of those things that sucks when youโ€™re new to it or have been out of the game. But when your body has adapted, you feel โ€œoffโ€ if you miss your runs. I think the advice given here is a good way to start.

so true! thanks for sharing ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ i dont run long distances at all due to my sport but i admire those who do it seems like a real flow state!
