during the elite athlete q&a, @katekornish asked olympian marathon runner jess piasecki for her advice for those who don't enjoy running. here's what jess suggested šš¾ - try intervals: 3 minutes running, 2 minutes walking - think of it as movement -reframe the purpose beyond just exercise e.g for mental health
