do you take vitamins? i try to get my vitamins from whole foods as much as i can but my current supplement rotation is: - magnesium (sleep) - vitamin d (live in the uk and get little sun) - vitamin c (immune system) - omega 3 (brain function) - probiotic drink (gut health) - turmeric (for joints) wby?

firstly, hello Queen! Love how much effort you put into bringing such digestible fitness content on-chain for people 🫶🏽 wanted to ask, if you're taking Tumeric, whether you're putting a tiny pinch of black pepper in it or using a supplement that contains Piperine? It really helps the absorption of the Curcumin.
