one of my least fave part of being a jumper is having to rake the pit im already tired and i have to do even more manual labour + im really bad at it hahaha anyway another good session today! jumps and 3 x 200m ( i was meant to do 6 x 100 hills but too icy outside ) gym tomorrow and week 4 is complete ✅

i find indoor 200s really hard cos i have asthma 🥲 it wasnt a sprint i was aiming for around 30ish seconds and was hitting around 33/34 - but i haven’t done this in over 2 years so i will try again next week if its still snowing!

I think your hypersub subscribers should have to rake the pit. They should pay extra in a higher tier for the privilege---'raker' level subs. 🫡
