More tokens should have a 1st-party frame Moxie pioneered this with v1 and DCs, but I think Frames v2 offer a powerful way for tokens to convert holders into DAU. 1. Reward users for installing and opening your frame 1x a day 2. Send notifications daily to remind people 3. When they open the frame, surface important announcements 4. A large user base opening up a frame every day offers opportunities for partnerships and additional monetization (e.g. ads, offers, other airdrops) Compare: "We have 1,000,000 unique addresses holding our token" "We have 1,000,000 DAU users"

Have been struggling to reinstate this app as part of my daily routine for a while now Between things being super busy at @shillr and onchain gambling habits at an ATH I’ve felt like my lack of presence here has probably been due to a simple lack of bandwidth But I’m not sure that’s the case Think the more likely explanation is that as the pace of things (work/trench opportunities) ramps up, the harder it’s been for me to allocate time to something (🟪) “extra” that I’ve always associated with a slower tempo & more intentional use (wrt: Feedback time & channels) — features that I have long felt (among others) to give Farcaster a massive edge in an era of brainrot & vaporous metas What’s really interesting is that the more time that’s passed between logins, the *more* I’ve thought about coming back. Intuition & logic would suggest the inverse to be much more likely I think that says a lot about what makes this app, network & the people/community that uses & shapes it, so special

It wouldn't surprise me if Israel had a hand in this situation. With a Jewish leader at the CDC back then and Israel leading in vaccine advancement, it's intriguing. The idea of releasing it near a Chinese lab feels right up their alley for a false flag operation.

I suspect we're going into a long overdue recession soon in the US It was all hidden with overinflated stock prices but that all changed last week, and markets are just waking up to it FOMC will hold rates to perhaps signal independence from Trump will add fuel to the fire

found an old journal from 2018 today, mostly just notes about my post-college finances ("debts: $30 - rachel, $10 - thomas, beer and dumplings") and some new york observations discovered a small note concealed in a pocket on the last page, I'd never noticed it before and am no longer dating the person who wrote it. the short, handwritten note was from ~6 months into our relationship, and we were definitely in love lol. think she meant for me to find it at work? something very strange about finding it now, when many complex things and many not very loving words have been passed between us. was also nice, clarifying? like I felt only fondness and nostalgia for that time, no regret or bitterness. the romance is gone but there it was in front of me, real and in handwriting I know (knew?) well. made me wonder what a more modern version of this might be, whether such an accident would even be possible, or if an email - accidentally archived years ago - would pull me back through time the same way the note did
