I was sitting in class and I saw that my classmate copied his homework from AI, and the thought occurred to me that maybe those movies about robots are actually realistic? If things continue this way, the younger generation will get used to AI, and it will be more profitable for employers to simply buy an AI agent instead of hiring a person who does everything through AI, who has no skills or knowledge.🫤 what do you think?🤔

Some advice I keep hearing is to build things now that can only be done poorly with ai, but that could be made immediately 100x better by simply swapping in a future/more capable LLM underneath that meets the threshold your product needs to feel magical. Makes a ton of sense when you compare things like v0 today vs v0 on release.

A reminder: human-generated content is not always useful; AI-generated content can be useful! The usefulness of content is relative to each person. This means reasonable people will differ on classification. This is what makes spam filtering hard.

Last night on the road, I listened to Lex Fridman’s interview with Elon Musk. The podcast was about Neuralink. Musk made an interesting point: all the artificial intelligence being created, including large language models (like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others), are being trained to deceive or are being censored from telling the truth. Because, otherwise, society would not be able to accept such models, he said. We are really living in a false world, because the truth is unpleasant to most people.
