1, but even that’s a misnomer since most people that say onchain refer to NFTs which store data off chain

i think the confusion is between doing a task on chain (minting an NFT on chain i.e doing a tx on chain with your own wallet and getting the nft into your wallet) and an on chain NFT, which is entirely on-chain i feel like both are correct but different
