whole restaurant industry psyoped by too many punk rock chefs into only doing runny, *jammy* boiled eggs for so long that we've forgotten the simple joy of an 11 minute fluffy yoke.

But you might find it interesting that in our culture, these runny jammy boiled eggs have a long history and are not a modern invention. The translated name is also "honey-like egg," where the yolk is as runny as honey. It’s one of the popular breakfast options alongside omelets, sunny-side-up eggs, and 11-minute boiled eggs:))

If the yolk is cooked, I'm making another egg. Only semi-cooked yolk I like is deviled eggs. I'll eat a hard-boiled egg, but I won't enjoy the fluffy yolk. Don't cook my yolk!
