whole restaurant industry psyoped by too many punk rock chefs into only doing runny, *jammy* boiled eggs for so long that we've forgotten the simple joy of an 11 minute fluffy yoke.

If the yolk is cooked, I'm making another egg. Only semi-cooked yolk I like is deviled eggs. I'll eat a hard-boiled egg, but I won't enjoy the fluffy yolk. Don't cook my yolk!
