Unknown at this point. My guess is @polymarket is being extra cautious and the risk is low on the user side but I’m not risking it (for now β€”we’ll see what the next Administration brings)

I've always wondered if the reason they block US consumers is due to having to do due diligence to keep regulators off their back, but there is nothing to prevent or liability if a person on their own finds ways to circumvent the checks (I.e. in this case only the IP can be assigned a local).
