crypto paywalls would streamline payments for writers. it removes the friction of account creation. one-time payment options are quicker and more direct, giving access to readers that don't want to commit and paying writers more per piece. writers also benefit because it reduces transaction fees and opens up global access. https://zora.co/collect/zora:0x5abf0c04ab7196e2bdd19313b479baebd9f7791b/246

Would love this. Always frustrated that my only way to read some articles is by subscribing when I only want to read that one article. Also it could hopefully reduce the ads on the site

now this is a real use case when crypto UX wins but $5 is too much, it should be like zora mint, $0.30 to unlock this one article for a read - more accessible and likely will bring a lot more money in the end and be read a lot more with that cheaper price
