12 hours ago i uploaded a video i created with my yt automation saas product this is the only video i've uploaded in 2 weeks since i started working on this saas project, since it did well and every viewer stayed until the end (100% view retention) i can expect this to be pushed to another 10k people in 48 hours where yt will test that crowd again to see if this video is good enough to push it to 100k people

this might be the best pricing option for yt automation saas pay as you go, 1 generated video = $1 the automations inside the saas itself can generate the recurring revenue since each video equals $1 the more i think about this, the more clear it becomes, this is the way

today was so productive guys!!! not only did i successfully re-design and implement the frontend user flow for 1) creating a video and 2) creating automations for videos (and everything in between), but i also setup the entire backend between the frontend, the db, and the server to effectively create/edit video automations (cron jobs) directly from the web app long ass day but this grind will pay off, going to continue tomorrow
