think following people is the best way to welcome them into the network. more people, especially large accounts on the autofollow list, should be following new, smaller accounts as appropriate. accounts with the most followers are the easiest to safely unfollow, their casts show up in my feed all the time (noisy)

here is example of user scheduling casts* for every 10 minutes as part of /perl game to win most recasts = low signal, high noise what are ways to discourage this? or flag it? or design against it? casting this bc multiple users DC’d me about it 🙈 *nowhere near as nice or positive as @woj.eth’s compliments

@shiiiiison.eth is experimenting w/ onboarding his 1M+ web2 social network to FC. imo we *must* support this endeavor bc: 1 unique in having MAJOR web2 distribution but deciding to invest time + energy here. any other major web2 accounts doing that? 2 invaluable source of feedback for builders on what doesn't click re FC
