High Signal, Low Noise

here is example of user scheduling casts* for every 10 minutes as part of /perl game to win most recasts = low signal, high noise

what are ways to discourage this? or flag it? or design against it?

casting this bc multiple users DC’d me about it 🙈

as i mention, people DC’d me about this… i didn’t see it on my own, which means warpcast algo is working at least for me.

as well as a change at the system level. small team, so limited time for patching every loop hole, but considering different ways at the moment.
