i wrote something kind of about this. the tech is basically commoditized/agnostic to the end user, so culture is how chains have to differentiate the types of apps and users they attract if base has a problem i think it's that the culture gets diluted as they try to appeal to everyone https://warpcast.com/macbudkowski/0x89c59fb8
