Cancelled my AI subs while I figured out how to pay rent.

...Now that I have that sorted, ChatGPT Plus?  Claude Pro? Something else?

I've found Claude to be more useful in assisting in coding and way more helpful in ideating. ChatGPT almost feels like it's got so many guardrails on  that it gives you sterile responses or it'll be tortured.

Claude has been far superior for coding in my experience

TY, I'm gonna go with GPT Pro! I'm using Claude via Cursor, so going w/ GPT for broad capacity sounds like the ticket.

if you use AI for coding at all, Claude is the clear winner

but if coding is a small part of what you use AI for, ChatGPT Plus is hard to beat for versatility. can support much broader set of tasks, and much broader types of inputs/outputs (ie: claude only supports being given a few types of file formats, chatgpt takes everything including zip files)
