A founder has the responsibility of materialising the vision that was planted in their hearts. 

Trying to please people will burn the stewardship of that vision to the ground.

i am pleasing people like every minute but i am not very succesful

People pleasers are short term thinkers and will often sacrifice the long-term success of their communities over instant gratification. 

NFT projects seem particularly guilty of this.
