My 2¢ IMHO

– Market Maturity: More demand for fewer roles. Specialized SME. Inflated Comp vs Min YOE. 

– Geographic Flatness: Distributed teams can optimize talent strategy for high skill, low cost geo, and delegate low value work to AI. 

– Project Biased: Some like fractionalized vs monogamous types of work.
