Started playing with it after getting knee pain from squatting and a possible bucket handle meniscus tear. Knees are way better now, been walking backwards on the treadmill and doing as deep of bends as ai can.

a couple times a week after my main workout, I do tib raises with a kettlebell on my foot, walk backwards on an incline treadmill for 15 minutes, and do the atg split squat. The hip flexor lift and stretch are next on the list to be added, I need to figure out the best way to do the lift, maybe the ankle cable strap.
