outside of crypto, u don't think much about incorporating philosophical or anthropological ideals into ur work to advance humankind. 

and that's one of the hardest things to grasp coming from web2 where there's already a shared, established understanding of what working in tech means.

we need to all build an environment where non-crypto people can easily and safely find their aha moments 💡
