the new protocol rewards for gov clients idea (for user actions like voting etc) is a big unlock funding public goods by usage creates the right incentives to build and maintain a public good instead of just shipping also reduces governance conversations necessary to decide funding amounts for individual projects

Would be interesting to see funding models where a portion of treasury is put in escrow to pay for Nounder participation. Eg, $1 per vote that goes through interface.
