I keep most of my political posts to narrow casts in /politics and /cryptoleft and maybe if others narrow cast theirs to appropriate channels we can avoid making some people feel uncomfortable.

I think why you may feel that way is the overwhelming extremely far right takes that are currently dominating crypto twitter right now. Most far left leaning went to bluesky and left twitter so there’s little balance. FC isn’t left leaning. It’s a normal cross section. It probably just feels that way in comparison to CT right now.

as a queer woman living in a socialist country I can most definitely say farcaster is not left leaning in any shape or form anti-trump =\= left it just means you don’t like trump and there are a lot of reasons not to like him outside of his political values

How much of this is because you’ve spent so much time on Twitter? Farcaster seems a lot more neutral and Twitter keeps on moving further and further right and is infested with far right bots 🤷‍♂️
