Are there any good studies on the harms of Zyn? Or is there no strong data to suggest that Zyn is harmful? Just want to know the facts.

roughly same harm as nicotine patches, which is relatively indeterminate. i'll take that over vaping.

Good question… I really know nothing but Andrew Huberman talks about nicotine as having positive effects on the body and that the negative typically reside in the way in which you get the nicotine.

Smoking, vaping ect - harmful

Nicotine packs are cleaner than those.
