Are there any good studies on the harms of Zyn? Or is there no strong data to suggest that Zyn is harmful? Just want to know the facts.

Good question… I really know nothing but Andrew Huberman talks about nicotine as having positive effects on the body and that the negative typically reside in the way in which you get the nicotine. Smoking, vaping ect - harmful Nicotine packs are cleaner than those. Again I kno nothing, just heard him speak on it

From what I understand, the doses that provide positive effects (if there are any) are much less than a zyn or other sources. Basically make sure you are looking at doses when looking at positive effect research.
