Sounds like meditation without all the "work" If I've learned anything from life, it's that doing the "work" is the only way to achieve lasting change. There are no shortcuts, chemical or ultrasonic But if technology coded sound baths can help people, all for it https://x.com/FEhrsam/status/1820859394361610338

Reminds me of one of my favorite Alan Watts quotes So you might say that the Taoist is exemplary in this respect; that this is getting free from karma without making any previous announcement. Of simply—supposing we have a train and we want to unload the train of its freight cars. You can go to the back end and you can unload them one by one and shunt them into the siding, but the simplest of all ways of unloading is to uncouple between the engine and the first car, and that gets rid of the whole bunch at once. And it is in that sort of way, you see, that the Taoist gets rid of karma without challenging it. And so it has the reputation, you see, of being the easy way source: https://www.organism.earth/library/document/taoist-way

Love it! Hadn’t heard this but came to it via daoist practices. To truly be present is to be karma free. Just keep letting go. Why it’s called “sitting and forgetting” in Daoist practice. 888 $farther

ahhh very interesting. love the analogy. there is no substitute for the actual work, be it physical or mental. it may offer some relief, but chances are its nothing compared to the real thing
