In 3024, /matcha’s market-order tyranny rules. Retired DeFi Merc YES2Crypto gets a sacred FT from DAO priests: “Four cryptographic elements live… the fifth? Limit orders.”

Leeloo, a hyper-evolved AI protocol cloned from Base’s genesis block, stutters: “M-multipass? No… gas pass!”

Meet Ruby BASE, a hyper-kinetic Farcaster influencer with a wardrobe louder than a memecoin pump.  Screams "LFG" into every livestream while accidentally triggering rug pulls.

But /matcha CEO Zorg deploys MEV Mangalores to crush the mission: “Chaos isn’t a bug… it’s the fee model.”

As YES2Crypto+Leeloo ignite the stone arch (completing the fifth element), a beam of light erupts, activating limit orders on Base. /matcha CEO screams: “You’ve ruined my fee empire!” 

YES2Crypto and Leeloo flee in a L2 speeder, dodging gas fee lasers: “We’re gonna need more roadmaps.”

In the shadowy depths of Base City, caped liquidity crusader YES2Crypto battles chaos unleashed by /matcha, a green-haired DEX joker hoarding market orders like a twisted game.

“Why so slippage?” /matcha cackles, flipping a double-sided token of profit and delay.

YES2Crypto growls through his purple cowl, “This chain's worth saving,” as he swings across Farcaster rooftops, dodging /matcha FUD bombs and MEV goons.

“Some protocols want to watch the roadmap burn,” /matcha sneers, rigging a gas fee explosion at /ethdenver.

When /matcha nabs the Limit Order Code, YES2Crypto revs his DeFi-cycle: “I’ve got diamond hands!” 

A rooftop clash ends with /matcha jailed, grinning, “I’m the roadmap delay you need!” 

YES2Crypto vanishes into the blockchain night, muttering, “A silent guardian… a watchful memer… a purple knight.”

Would love to hear theories on how we lost 100,000 good caster (label 2) spam labels. I wasn’t online as much this week and I’m definitely sheltered in my algo bubble at times, but this feels extreme. Maybe last week’s huge jump was the fluke and this is closer to normal?

Having one of these bad boys in high school 🤓

I think a lot about how to prepare my kids for the future. 

My generation grew up believing the key to success was getting good grades so you could get into a good college so you could get a good job and then you would climb the career ladder and be set for life. 

About a decade ago I realized this is no longer how the world works and I started to believe the key to success was to focus on skills over credentials. 

It didn’t matter any more what college your degree is from, it matters whether you have the skills that are in demand. 

As a parent I wanted my kids to learn practical skills for the future. I pushed STEM because I believed they are hard, practical skills and there will always be jobs for  scientists and engineers. 

But there’s another big shift underway and focusing on skills is no longer enough.
