They claim that wax is not supposed to be taken out. It's "natural" and if it's too much of wax, then go to a doctor.

I went to an ear specialist once and asked them this. They said to run warm water into your ear in the shower or bath and then let it run out. But that internal wax isn’t bad for you. If you’re overproducing, do the above more often. Candling and other rapid removal methods can be dangerous.
