lots of unexplored consumer potential in the permissionless interopability that crypto enables I agree that greed has driven basically all of crypto products to date but I don't think that will always be the case I want to see more crypto products that treat financialization as a secondary feature rather than the primary feature. I consider Farcaster to be in his category

maybe, i’m having a hard time seeing how incorporating crypto can be the reason a consumer product is 10x better than a mainstream incumbent at one of the other sins. (sloth, vanity, lust, gluttony, pride, wrath)

polymarket is an example here. by using crypto (USDC) you get way easier access to global accessibility, cross-border liquidity, etc. makes prediction markets way more efficient from my understanding

yep - i mentioned polymarket in the essay above as a positive example that falls under greed. my question here is whether crypto helps products differentiate within any of the other six deadly sins.
