Something I've embraced the past few years is that I'm naturally a late sleeper (best thinking and most productive hours for work late at night). I used to feel bad about it (e.g. not working hard enough) and forced myself to make early morning meetings but reality is my brain doesn't function well then and that's okay

I thought I was this way too, but once I started working out in the mornings I realised I actually really liked starting my day at 5AM and ending it at 7PM.
