I commit to working out tomorrow morning before my day's meetings. I'll be in the gym by 6:30 and start with a 500m row, followed by my shoulder warmup and an upper body circuit. 3 x 10 in <30 min: - DB press - DB rows - Shoulder side raise - Clean & press - Pushups - 60 second plank

Can be done in 90 seconds. Usually I do 1km around 3 minutes

I thought I've pictured it, but this was a lazy day in Zurich with some altitude training. I have pretty weak hands so I believe I could do 2:90/1km once they're in shape.

Around /subwork we have 2km track on lake and rowing training center. Would be nice organizing something, but required buffer would be to do easy 6-10km, as 2km is warm-up, 2km cool down and rest is joy.
