Users get loud when they don’t like something, and quiet when they like something.

This means you need to be careful when acting on unsolicited feedback.  You may be optimizing for the the wrong crowd.

don't knock marketing, use it

product - immediately usable utility

product marketing -  a pitch for how that utility makes 1 thing better for the customer

marketing -  a statement about how that thing is the best choice *for that specific customer*
