Can someone explain to me what Perplexity gets out of purchasing Read(dot)cv? 

Is it acqui-hire of designers?

Or is perplexity about to take a run at LinkedIn job profiles?

Something else?

That’s my gut too. I could see perplexity taking aim at matching job posts to job seekers. Like a service to search across indeed, LinkedIn, etc all at once.

My gut feeling is acqui-hire. Maybe there’s a social network aspect (not necessarily job profiles tho?)
