Letβs talk about improv! Iβve been learning, performing and coaching improv comedy for a few years now and people often tell me how courageous I am, that they could never do it. I wouldn't say never, but I admit it feels a bit daunting... At this moment I would rate my chances of trying the benefits of an ice bath as higher than trying improv... But maybe the ice bath can give me courage to try improv? π§ π π€ 10 $RARE

I mean ice bath is painful, but improv gave me courage to try. It was the other way around π
