Let’s talk about improv! I’ve been learning, performing and coaching improv comedy for a few years now and people often tell me how courageous I am, that they could never do it. Truth is, anyone can do improv and benefit greatly from it. Studies show it helps boost confidence and creativity, decrease anxiety and much more. Why not give it a try? 🙃 https://www.psychologytoday.com/intl/blog/play-your-way-sane/202303/7-research-backed-benefits-of-improv-comedy?amp

I wouldn't say never, but I admit it feels a bit daunting... At this moment I would rate my chances of trying the benefits of an ice bath as higher than trying improv... But maybe the ice bath can give me courage to try improv? 🧊 😆 🤔 10 $RARE

That's very interesting. I don't know if improv made me any more confident but it's a lot of fun either way

@y0b just alerted me to you, your cast, and this channel!! @cameron and I are going to chat about improv tomorrow on /okbanger if it is of your interest :) I am not a seasoned improv comedian (and dabbled in stand-up, the...other end of the spectrum) but I did grow up with a lot of it b/c my schools all loved improv for some reason https://warpcast.com/christin/0xccd28217
