Thanks for tagging me, Vera. I first learned about SPS from Elaine Aron and I do consider myself in this category, although I haven't talked about it much on Farcaster. If anyone is designing with SPS in mind on the purple app, I haven't heard about it yet (but I'd like to)! Great article. I sympathise with gardening and washing dishes as space opening activities. If 20% are HSP I'm probably part of a further 2% who are super-HSP š

My heart goes out to you! Iāve learned about this all as an adult and it explains so much. Iām finding it challenging to design systems in oneās life to support the spaciousness and boundaries one needs as an hsp!
