V3 of those formulae - corrected to show that you just need to get your all time cast counts up if you want the majority of your reactions to be recognized by the allowance formula

This is super useful! I had two wallets connected this seemed to be causing trouble so I disconnected and reconnected just one but looks like now I'm in even more trouble 🙈
