i haven’t been a Nouncillor for a few months, i have no ability to vote there in my mind, Nouncil is roughly equivalent to the Bonfire Guild just more members, hence more voting weight. it’s 40+ people (43 on this prop) controlling 37 votes if Nouns is moving in the direction it seems to be moving in, the appearance of impropriety and duty of loyalty & care to the mission of the organization are going to become critically important for the Nounders as scrutiny increases

it's bizarre to me how you conclude "impropriety", "duty of loyalty" and "lack of care to the mission" from nounders exercising their vote on a straightforward retro prop for a relatively small sum

a facts and circumstances analysis for a qualified attorney may prove me wrong, and would truthfully be happy if that were the case regardless, would much rather an ally poke his fingers in the holes of my armor than an enemy run their blade through them
