My turn to cook for the wife tonight. Wanted to make something romantic with an elegant presentation. Lightly breaded poulet morsels on a bed of delicate slivers of handmade (probably) pasta cooked in a fromage reduction. Finished with dark brownie wafers encrusted with jeweled notes and paired with a powdered chaud chocolate au lait. Bon appetit and gn to all my fellow gourmands.
