my take on $degen staking after stewing on it: many people have said it, but the #1 issue is that an allocation shouldn't be based on the fraction the stake represents of the entire pool since it effectively creates a bidding war for allocations (pvp). i won't make specific suggestions on how to change this since many great ones have already been made.

i am proud to have staked, but seeing other folks' allocations continue to drop due to this dynamic makes me (and them) sad. getting penalized for doing nothing is sad.

tipping should be as fun as we can make it.

I think the free market will eventually define how much locked Degen is worth a 10k Degen tip allowance, and then the price will stabilize. In my opinion, free markets work better than centrally defined prices. Let's see how it plays out this season!

I was just pointing out to you that users aren’t trying to achieve a 10k allo …they just wanna stop getting rapidly diluted by over staking whales

Whales will always be whales, what would be your suggestion to change it? Low cap on the max tip? I would be for that
