Many users spent hours testing the network, locking 2-10k+ for 2+ years and getting approx 1-2k ZK. This is clearly an attempt to attract users from other platforms introduced by "brilliant" marketer from web2 world. But 90% of those will sell immediately.

About this: 1. it pays to have an onchain history and reputation I kind of disagree there because it's not worth anymore. I have more than 1k transactions on Ethereum, more than 50 gitcoin score, made gitcoin donations via sksync lite, made nearly 200 transactions on ZKSync, used a bunch of protocols there...

The beauty of crypto, anyone can become a stakeholder, if you're just potentially can create value + it's a marketing budget - you'll probably need to add a new RPC and connect to the chain, which might make you take a look around and find yourself using it somehow...

Makes a tonne of sense in the long run. “high rep” ppl like you probably won’t sell all of the alloc, aren’t just airdrop farming from project to project and if even 5% of these high rep end up using the chain they’ll likely contribute 90% of the value
