I'm building out the MVP

I know from past experience, making it pretty will take 10X the time of making it work well

I'm inclined to not get bogged down in pretty, and focus instead on getting it in users hands and building distribution

When users start to complain about design!

We would typically improve things in step functions - once we improved design a bit, then something else would become the top complaint, then once we fix that it may become design again etc
