I’m curious: Has Nouns ever permanently canceled a streaming payment? It’s an interesting question since streams are often a way to get larger proposals over the line, but rarely evaluated or canceled I only see https://www.nouns.camp/proposals/482 which was canceled for logistical reasons and then re-created

Yeah bearish streams of that model. Huge activation energy to cancel. We must ask less of our voters. Excited for the work @vrbs team is doing

The main issue is that social politeness etc plus coordination of DAO to penalize project with unknown status is fairly high risk. Streams should be cancellable by either oracle or direct accountability team overseeing proposal progress. Until then, unlikely many proposals will have payments cancelled even if they rug

Not sure about nouns but has happened to service providers for other DAOs in the past. https://snapshot.org/#/aave.eth/proposal/0xceae27bbaf42658a1b46baec664c66c09f9cba4f9452ed2d2bed6f6ce5c66e35

Pipe new prop should have a node, and yield streamed not gifting him 32e to do it. Understanding its a logistical nightmare to have Dao owned nodes.
