What was your favorite book / series when you were 8-11 years old? I want to make sure I’ve read them all.

Sideways Stories from Wayside School - clever and witty The BFG - always made me smile, even when I was feeling down From the Mixed Up Files of Mrs. Basil E Frankweiler - for the schemer in us all

Redwall, of course. Also, Goosebumps. You had to be in third grade to check them out of the school library, which really pissed off second grade me lol. The Hatchet series (there were like four of them?) I also remember reading a ton of The Boxcar Children but couldn’t tell you anything about them today.
