Wonder why you get so much "AI slop" when you post a job on most platforms? Because it gives them an excuse to charge you to reach more "applicants" As part of a split test vs our own app, we posted a job on LinkedIn tonight and within the first 30 minutes received dozens of applications.

The filter questions dont help either because everyone just says yes and in most cases even if they so no it still counts as an application i think?

Good points. I’ve had candidates tick in person and apply when they were only willing to be remote Coming from an advertising background, this system seems chock full of the hiring equivalent of click fraud
